Vincent Burnett- Mortgage Instructor (FL. 24 hr Pre-licensing Course); Mr. Burnett has worked in a variety of capacities in the Real Estate/Mortgage Finance industry. Positions include: 11 years Mass Appraisal experience while working for the Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser, State of Florida Licensed real estate salesperson, Certified Florida Evaluator, Broward County Community College Mortgage Instructor, and Asset Manager (Loss Mitigation) for a major national sub-prime mortgage servicer. Mr. Burnett has a Bachelor in Finance from The Florida State University and a Masters in Public Management from St. Thomas University, and was originally licensed as a State of Florida Mortgage Broker in 1995.

David Bush- Mortgage Instructor (FL. 24 hr Pre-licensing Course); Mr. Bush having worked for a variety of Residential and Commerical Wholesale Lenders to the mortgage industry,(Silver Hill Financial, Nations Home Lending, and Wachovia Mortgage), is skilled in the relationship between retail mortgage brokers and the wholesale/secondary market. Mr. Bush is a graduate of The University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in Business.
 
Niurka Diaz- Assistant School Administrator; Niurka is speaks fluent Spanish and English and is currently matriculating at the Universiyt of Miami on an academic scholarship.

Vencella Glasford- Executive Administrative Officer; Vencella has worked in a variety of supervisory positions for the both the private and public sector. Previous positions include Senior Bank Teller-City National Bank, Accountant 1-Miami-Dade Human Resources, and Administrative Officer 2-Miami-Dade Stormwater Utility Management. Courses completed though the American Institute of Banking by Ms. Glasford include Principles of Banking, Effective Supervision, and Customer Service Relations. Vencella has a Masters in Public Administration from Florida International University, is a State of Florida Licensed Mortgage Broker, Notary, and has completed the State of Florida pre-licensing course for Real Estate salesperson.
